Santa Monica, CA  |  Completed 2007

Oonagh Ryan as project manager/architect at Koning Eizenberg

Adaptive reuse of 25,000sf of industrial warehouse buildings to create a new community center in a revitalized and expanded 9-acre park.  The project was developed in collaboration with the City of Santa Monica through an extensive community process.  Innovative approaches to on-site water management, resource management and energy efficiency contributed to making it the first LEED™ certified park in the country.
